I'm so happy with everything about this EXCEPT the zipper to open it up is completely missing. It's zipped closed with no way to open it. I'm just lifting her in and out. Other than that, it was really easy for me to put together myself. I recommend using a long screw driver to pull the springs, the tool provided isn't strong enough.
It took some time but was really easy to put together. The kids loves to jump on it. It is bigger than you think but we still keep it in the living room. She hangs out in there sometimes.The suction cups that are supposed to hold it on the floor aren't that great on hardwood floors, but it is so wide that it doesn't tip over.
This is just the right size for my 4 year old granddaughter! She has had a problem learning to jump! In one day she had it and loves it!
Updated review:After my first review seller contacted me and went above and beyond to make things right. Explained how capacity is 440lbs but by law minimum is 120lbs which is what instructions state. They were very concerned about customer satisfaction and offered options to improve my experience as a customer. Response was quick and action was taken immediately after some discussion. They are behind their customer satisfaction guarantee 100%!In the future I know I can trust to reach out to this seller to make things right if something is not up to par in one of their products. My review is now 5/5 recommend.Seller description shows weight capacity at some insane 500lbs and it barely handles 120lbs. The basketball hoop is cardboard and very cheap for toddler usage. Overpriced for what it doesn't include. Missing one of the rubber suction cup things for the bottom legs.
