Shipping Information

  • United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
  • Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of the World: Up to 20 business days

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order's journey.

Returns

We want you to love your Happin products! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

If you need to make a return, simply contact us at help@valusa.us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your trampoline or accessories within this period, we’ll be happy to assist with replacements or repairs. Just reach out to us at help@valusa.us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
